I am a japanese married to another japanese for 10 years.Before marriage & after she refused to have sex with me.Although before our marriage during our courtship she slept with another guy once.She got jilted and came back to me & made me wed her.I had been faithful thru all those years.Nearly 4 years ago I got posted oversea for a job & she refused to follow.In the end she came for short trips & finally 2 years ago we talked abt divorce.My salary is 350,000 yen but I`ve to pay for her rent & my daily needs.She threatened to go to court and auto deduct my money into her account if I stop payment.I filed for divorce but she`s making my life hell.1 and a half year ago I met a wonderful woman with a 5 year old daughter whom I love very much.And I want to have a new life with them.Now my wife accused me of marital affair and threaten to sue me and my girlfriend.I am worried for my girlfriend & her daughter whom I`ve already taken into my heart.
My girlfriend wrote her a letter trying to reason but my wife forward it to her lawyer & my parent.My wife is mad and thinks we are out to make her life miserable.She wrote letter to my company and made nuisance to my parents by coming over and bad mouthing me.I am afraid to go back to Japan coz she`ll file to court making me unable to leave the country & that will jeopardize my job.I don`t want to lose my job & my new family.What should I do to make my mad wife agree to a divorce?I don`t want to think of her badly and hope that we can be friends inspite of all this.
Her lawyer advise her to sign the divorce but she said she won`t make it easy for me. |
